Bodypump every Tuesday and Thursdays @ 09.30
Qualifications:
Personal trainer, LesMills body pump instructor, advanced gym instructor, client lifestyle fitness testing, nutrition and weight management, training in different environments and first aid.

Muscular strength is required to strengthen and stabalise joints Weight training is important to increase
muscle fibers which raise the metabolic rate in order to burn fat more efficiently.
Qualifications:
18 years fitness experience, public health nutritionist, GP referral qualified.
