Q.How can I check availability
A.You can check live availability on-line on
the self catering section of this website
Q.Do you have a brochure
We have a full e-brochure on line, click the pdf on
the middle of the main page, it is printable.
Q.Where can I find your rates
A. You can check rates online or on
the pdf self catering pdf brochure
Q.What if you do not have availability for the dates I
want

Q.How can I book
A.To book on-line go to the self catering pages, or call
01534-497028
Q.Can I book a specific unit number
A. Yes, view the site map for the unit on the internet
search engine (layout 2).
Go the availability calander option, choose a date and unit from
the list. If the
unit is blank for that date it is means it is already booked. NOTE
choosing a unit
is a request and we can not guarantee 100%. We will not move units
once you have booked.
Q.Will I get confirmation
A.Our system will email confirmation after booking
Q.What times are reservations open
Q. Monday - to saturday 9am - 5pm (Thursday 6pm)
Q.What deposit will I be required to pay
A. For 2012 £100 per week Lodges and £200 Villas and Cottages
Booking online and paying the balance of your
holiday
Q.When will the balance be due
A. 60 days before your due arrival date, you will be emailed a link
to pay securely on-line
Q.How do I pay the balance
A.If you booked on-line our system will send you a payment link 70
days before arrival
Q.Can I pay the balance before 60 days
A.Yes click on the 'pay balance' link on the self catering
page and log in with your email & password
Q.Can I view my booking and re-print my
confirmation
A. Yes click on 'view my booking' on the self catering page and log
in with your email & password
Q. I have forgotten my password
A. On the log in page follow the instructions and the system will
email you a new one
Q.Can I book a short break on line
A.From time to time we offer short breaks, these can only be
booked over the phone 01534 497028
Q.The dates I want are not showing on line
A. The system shows live availability, but you can call us on 01534
497028 to double check
Q.I have a coupon code, how do I use it
A.Enter the coupon code in the field on booking, it is case
sensitive.
Q.I want to book on line but do not have an
email
A.To book on line you will need a valid email.

Q.Can I book a hire car
A.Go to the hire car section of the website to book with
Holiday Autos
Q.How do I book ferries
A.You should book directly via Condor, you can
book on line
Q.Do I need a passport to travel from the UK or
abroad.
A.Always check with your airline or Condor
ferries.
Q.If I arrive late what time are the supermarkets
open until
A.Larger supermarkets are open until 7pm, smaller ones
until 9pm
Questions about Check in/out
Q.What time is check-in
A.Check in time is 4pm. We will try to have your
unit ready for you as soon as possible. Providing us with your
flight/ferry arrival time will help us. You can do
this when booking on line or by emailing lodgereservations@lesormes.je
at a later time.
Q.What if I arrive and my accommodation is not
ready.
A.Check in and we will take a contact number to
call you as soon as your unit is ready
Q.Where do I check in for La Pulente Coastal
units
A.Check in, register and collect keys at Les Ormes reception,
we will give you a route map to La Pulente, which is situated
around 3 miles from Les Ormes.
Q.What time is reception open until on check in
days
A.Reception is open until 8pm weekends 10pm weekdays
Q.What if I am a late arrival
A.We will diplay details of where to collect your key in
reception. Go to the the
where to find us section of the website for site plans.
Q.What time is check out time
A. Check out time is 10am
Q.Can I check out later
A.1pm that is bookable at the time of booking on-line for £30

Q.Is there a washing machine/ hairdryer/ iron/board in my
unit
A.Yes all these items are provided
Q.Do you supply cleaning equipment
A.We supply basics to get you started
Q.Are Linen and towels included
A.All linen/towels, except cot linen are
included
Q.Do I need to bring beach towels
A.Yes, towels cannot be taken out of your
unit
Q.Is the lodge site car free
A.Yes cars can only be brought onto the site on arrival
and departure days.
Q.Where do I park my car
A.In the lodge car park situated next to the site.
Q.I am staying in a Villa or Cottage does it have
parking
A.Yes all our units have allocated parking.
Q.Are there a cot and a high chair in my
unit
A.You need to pre order these items, they cost £15
per cot/high chair per stay
Q.Is there instructions on how to use things in my
unit
A.Each unit has a guest information file
Q.Is there broadband in each unit
A.Yes the signal is free, but unsecured
Q.What is the general equipment in my
unit
A.All units are graded 5 star and are equipped
accordingly
