Whilst Les Ormes is a relaxed & friendly leisure village to avoid doubt the following terms and conditions apply to all customers.
1. When you are using the Les Ormes facilities you are accepting the terms and conditions stated below.
2. Pitches may be booked up to 4 weeks in advance; payment must be made at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non transferable. Only book if you know you can play. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Les Ormes Management.

3. Les Ormes is a fantastic complex and we wish to keep it that way. Customers are required to respect the etiquette of their chosen activity. Not only will this help you enjoy the game but it improves safety. Failure to follow etiquette may, at the discretion of Les Ormes staff, lead to being asked to leave the facility without refund.
4. Customers must wear the correct footwear and clothing for their chosen activity. Not only does this protect the facility but it avoids injury. Metal, screw in studs, blades or outdoor boots are not to be used on the surface at anytime. Trainers, astro turf shoes or moulded boots can be worn. Tops must be worn at all times. A team may not play as skins. You will be refused use of a facility or asked to leave if the correct shoes and clothing are not worn with no refund. Drinks must be kept to the side of the pitch and not brought on.
5. Slide tackles are strictly prohibited. Players seen sliding in for a tackle may be asked to leave the facility. Please also see the Les Ormes 5-a-side league rules.
6. Children 16 years and Under must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
7. Abusive / foul language or spitting will not be accepted at any time. This may result in you being asked to leave the premises.
8. Customers are required to pay on booking for their activity. Failure to do will result in being asked to leave the facility. Repeat cases will result in future use of Les Ormes being prohibited.
9. Les Ormes reserves the right to close a facility due to weather, maintenance, or any other activity including corporate events with a booking credit being given.
10. Customers are responsible for their own actions anywhere on the Les Ormes site. If you kick or throw a ball and it damages someone or something it is your responsibility. You can add most sports to your household insurance.
11. We regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation for cancellation or reduction of service due to acts out of our control. Such acts of force majeure would include; war, threats or acts of terrorism, fire, flood or natural disaster or any similar event outside our control.
12. Please read all rules for the appropriate events you enter. (Leagues, World Cup etc).
