COVID-19 Refund Policy
We all want to make holiday plans and here at Les Ormes, you can book with us in total confidence that you are covered by our COVID-19 Refund Policy. It applies to all existing and new bookings from May to September 2021.
What if my local area requires us to quarantine on arrival?
If your local government has restrictions on your outbound or inbound travel to Jersey 21 days or less prior to your arrival, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 7 working days.
What if our travel plans are cancelled?
If your flight or boat is cancelled prior to arrival, you need to provide evidence of the cancellation within 48 hours to cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 7 working days.
What happens if I have COVID-19?
If you or a member of your travel party are diagnosed by a medical practitioner or a positive result is confirmed by the track & trace team 21 days prior to your holiday, please forward evidence/certificate to cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 7 working days.
What happens if Jersey has further restrictions?
If 21 days or less prior to arrival, your local area is required to isolate on arrival as determined by the Jersey Government for over 24 hours or more, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 7 working days.Visit Jersey Government Website
