The food will seduce all palates as our Head Chef, Trevor Howard, has designed a delicious mix of healthy and vibrant dishes with local seasonal produce in mind.


Trevor brings with him a wealth of talent and passion – he worked for 11 years at Jamie Oliver's restaurant Fifteen. His intention is to make Les Ormes Brasserie a place where you will experience good-quality food combined with fun and relaxed family times.

It is not only Trevor's tremendous experience that makes him the perfect Head Chef for Les Ormes Brasserie but also his philosophy that family is important. He believes that bringing family and friends together with delicious food are healthy ingredients towards creating happy lasting memories, and we totally agree with him.
