How do I make a booking?
You can book via the website, all available units are on our search engine

What deposit is required on booking?
Our deposit levels are generally small and start from £100, but depend on the unit

How do I find your prices?
All our prices are on-line. As with airlines they change with demand.  

What are your terms and conditions?
Our terms and conditions are on our website

How do I log in to view my booking, update it or book extras?
You can log in to your booking from 'My booking

Can I log on to my booking if I booked via a tour operator or agent?
Yes you can log on using the booking reference number your tour operator issued.

Making a payment

When is the balance due?
60 Days before arrival for stays shorter than 22 days

How do I pay my balance?
Our system will send you a reminder and a link to pay securely on line. You can also login and pay your balance anytime using your email and password using the 
'My Booking' link from the website.

Can I make part payments?
Yes you can make part payments via 'My Booking'.

Where do I check-in?
Guests for both Les Ormes Resort and es de la Mer Cottages check-in at Les Ormes Resort.
 

What time is check-in time?
Check in time is 4pm. We will always try to have your accommodation ready as per your pre-advised arrival time though this is unlikely before noon. As policy we will text you as soon as it is ready so you can enjoy your day without having to come to Les Ormes prior. If you do arrive early at Les Ormes the Fun Zone, outdoor pool and other activities will be available to use.

What happens if I arrive late?
Customer Services are open until late most nights, if you arrive late do not worry we will be expecting you as long as we know which flight or boat to look out for.

How far are the La Pulente Coastal Cottages from Les Ormes Resort?
They are 2 miles /3 kilometres away, a 5 minute drive. We will give you a map at check in   

What time is check-out time?
Check-out time is 10am, you can upgrade to 1pm by logging onto your booking. (not available for Le Tir)

Do I need to clean my unit?
You must do basics like dishes and remove rubbish and leave your unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness. We will charge £40 if you fail to do so.  

What am I responsible for in my unit? 
You are responsible for all breakages however, for small items like glasses we do not usually charge, providing you inform us before you leave.

Activites & sports

What is included in my rate?
Activities are seasonal, for full details of what is included and when they are available go to the activities sections of our website, or do call us on 01534 497000 and we will be happy to update you on exactly what is available during your stay.   

How to Book activities and sports?
You can book activities by logging onto to your booking.    

Can anybody use the golf course?
Yes but prior golf experience is required; it is not for beginners. You will need to observe our golf terms and conditions.

Can I hire clubs/shoes and buggies?
Yes via reception.

Can anybody play tennis?
Yes all levels are welcome, you must wear non marking trainers 

Where are the beach sports located?
Coastal activities are carried out at various island locations; transport to and from is included in the price.   

Can I book all the other activities once at Les Ormes?  
Yes all our activities can be booked at Les Ormes, subject to availability. We advise booking in advance. 

What's in My Unit

Are towels and linen included? 
Yes all bed linen, two hand towels and two bath towels are included per person however we do not provide cot linen. 

Do you supply cleaning materials? 
Yes we provide a starter pack; if you need more they are free from reception.    

Do you hire beach towels?
We provide one free beach towel per person.    

Can I have my towels changed daily?
Yes you can have fresh towels delivered daily at a charge, click to ‘manage my booking’  

What kitchen utensils are supplied?
Your unit will be fully equipped to make a full family home cooked meal. Click here for a basic inventory list.  

Is there a washer-dryer in my unit?
Yes. Apartments at Les Ormes de la Mer Apartments have a washing room that is free

Is there Wi-Fi in my unit?
Yes all units have free fast Wi-Fi.    

When is my unit cleaned?
Units are cleaned on arrival and during the second week if you are here for 14 nights 

Can I arrange maid service?
Yes you purchase a mid-stay clean and daily towels, click to ‘manage my booking’  

Does my unit have a hair-dyer?
Yes.

What if I need a cot and a highchair?
You can book a cot and highchair it will be in your unit on arrival, login to book  
Cot linen is not provided.

Pet Policy

We allow dogs in our La Pulente, Farm and Farmstead properties, however strict rules and charges apply, before booking be sure you can comply with them. We realise that the majority of owners are responsible, however our policies are strict and non-negotiable please read the terms on the website before booking.   

  

How much will it cost to bring my dog?
The pet plan is £100 please select as an extra on booking.

What pets are allowed?
We only accept a maximum of two dogs, no other pets.

Is there a size or weight restriction?
No, but you must ensure your pet is behaved and under control at all times  

Do you accept pets in all properties?
No. Only units that are marked as pet friendly on the website accept pets

Why don't you accept pets in other properties?
Our other sites are communal and not suited to pets, this policy is strict  

What do I need to bring?
You need to bring a dog bed and feeding bowls.   

If I use your bedding and crockery what will I be charged? 
Full replacement values of the items.

Can my dog go on the furniture and beds?  
No if you allow them on beds or furniture you will incur extra cleaning charges.   

What happens if my dog causes damage?
You will be charged the full replacement value of the item. 

What happens if my dog disturbs other guests?
We will ask you to remove your pet immediately. 

Can I bring my dog on the ferry?  

Yes Condor ferries accept pets. Please visit their website for details.
