Can I book a corporate party over the phone?

No, for parties up to 50 persons you can only book online, availability is live and complete via our booking engine. Our online system will send you a confirmation receipt as a record. Payment is on booking and can be made with a company credit card. 


Can I book the whole centre exclusively?

You can book the whole of Jump Jersey for £2000 for an exclusive 2-hour party. There is no minimum number required but the maximum is 120 people at any one time. This does not include food and is suited to larger groups who prefer exclusive use of the Centre.

What does the corporate package include?

1-hour climbing or trampolining.
Trampoline socks if required.

What are the food options?

For groups under 20, you have a choice of any 2 courses from our a la carte menu 
For groups over 20 we offer our BBQ buffet menus, it is available all year. Both menus do not need a pre-order and we can cope with most dietary requirements on the day

Can I book multiple activities?

Yes, example: 

I have a group of 20, half want to use the trampoline park and half want to book climbing add 10 trampolining tickets and 10 climbing tickets to your basket and check both out in one transaction. 

Note that the maximum number for climbing is 20 persons per hour session

Can I book 2 hours of activities?

You can add a second hour of either climbing or trampoline to your booking for a supplement of £12 per person. On booking just add as an extra to your main booking.  

What are the min. and max. numbers?

10 is the minimum and 50 is the maximum to book a corporate party.

What does the trampolining park include?

If you book a Trampolining adult party it includes: 

The trampolines
Dodge ball courts
The Foam Pit 
The Airbag 
Total Wipeout machine

What does the climbing arena include?

The Climbing Area includes: 

18 climbing walls 
The stairway to heaven

When and what times can I book?

Corporate parties are available Monday to Friday @ 11.00  or 17.00 all year round

I need a receipted invoice?

After you have booked our system will email a confirmation receipt for your records if you require a full invoice for your records the confirmation email explains how to get this. 


My party want to freshen up before eating?

We have showers and changing rooms on site which are free to use, remember to bring a towel. 

Can I leave my car overnight?

Yes, if you have had a party in the Brasserie you can leave your car overnight. 24 hours is the maximum period in our car park.  

I don't want to book food?

See our non-catered packages which allow you to book the whole Trampoline park (max 70 persons) soft play area (max 60 children) climbing arena (max 20 persons)
You will have the area you book exclusively for your group. If you want to book a small non-catered group you can only do this by up to 7 days before. 


Banners & signs!

We allow companies and groups to display a sensible amount of free-standing banners or signs. If this is your company or groups hospitality day we want you to be able to get your message out, however, placement of banners and signs will need to meet our strict health and safety requirements and sadly we can not store banners and signage.
