How do book lessons?
You can buy a package for a term or remainder of it in advance online only. A term consists of between 8 and 12 lessons and is priced accordingly.
Once purchased, lessons cannot be changed or refunded, this policy is strict and we only encourage you to book when you are ready to.
Can I cancel or defer lessons?
We need to plan our swim instructors timetables in advance and therefore we cannot defer or give credits for lessons you are unable to attend in any circumstances, this includes sickness and family holidays.
What is a swim term?
Our swim terms roughly follow the school terms, we do not operate in school holidays including half terms. Your lesson will be on the same day and time weekly in term time.
How do I choose a level for my child?
Our guide to what level to book can be viewed via this booking engine, it is important you are realistic with regard to your child's ability.
What are the teacher ratios?
We can not guarantee class ratios, however, in general, we operate on the basis of six children to one instructor.
How do book next terms lessons?
Your instructor will advise what level to move your child to before the term ends. You will receive an email reminder when the classes of the new term go on sale. Lessons cannot be bought in advance of them going online.
Can I start lessons after the term has started?
You can only buy a term of lessons at a time, however, if we have slots available after the term has started these will be available online. If there is no availability showing on our search engine this will be because the class is full. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to book your lessons in advance of the term.
What happens if you child needs to move class?
The level of your child will be assessed by our instructors and we will advise if your child may need to move classes, this is always dependant on availability.

What do it do if I can't make a lesson?
We understand sometimes you can't make a lesson and there is no need to let us know in advance.
