Long Stays
Making a booking
You can book any time of the year, for a period of minimum 22 days, up to 6 months. Our best rates apply to winter stays between the 1st of October and ending before the following Easter school holidays. Availability is live on our website for up to 12 months.
You can search live availability and book online via our search engine. You pay a deposit on booking that is equal to roughly 10-15% of your total stay cost.
The deposit paid on booking is not a part of your rental and is non-refundable if you cancel your booking or leave early. However, your deposit will be returned to you with less metered electricity and the standard cleaning charge within 7 working days of your departure subject to our terms & conditions. (see terms)
Rents are due monthly in advance and can be paid online via logging into your booking. Your first month's rent must be paid no less than two weeks before arrival. Online you will be able to see your payment history. We add a £20 per day surcharge for late rents.
If you cancel after booking or leave early, your remaining rental cost will still be due. Therefore, we advise that you only book the dates you require. This policy is strict because the longer you stay the better your rate will be, but we need your commitment to stay the full period you have booked to give you the best rates.
- Free Wi-fi
- One parking space close to your unit (but not allocated)
- Fresh linen and towels once a week (but we won't be making beds)

All bills are included except metered electricity at JEC metered cost per unit only. Your total electricity usage will be deducted from your deposit on departure.
Each unit has a separate meter box and is read on arrival and departure, unfortunately, we are not able to read your meter on request.
Hot tubs are not included in your stay. Commercially we are required to check hot tubs daily and change water weekly, therefore we can only provide hot tubs as part of a full holiday priced stay.
Our units are registered self-catering and are therefore subject to fire regulations. Therefore you can not bring:
- Large electrical items like fridges or TVs
- BBQ's are not permitted on site
- Any large item of furniture, such as wardrobes
Unfortunately, Les Ormes does not have storage space or is insured to store items for you.
Your decking area must not be used as a storage area. We don't allow guests to dress outside areas and deckings with domestic items such as:
- Plants & shrubs
- Satellite dishes
- Personal outdoor furniture
- Large items of children's play equipment
- Sports and gym equipment
This list is not exhaustible and we wish you to have a comfortable stay, but politely remind that our registered self-catering provides temporary domestic accommodation, and is not a long-term housing solution.
Most of our units have parking for at least one car. We understand that some guests may have a second car and this must be parked in the general car parks. For guests at our Coastal Cottages, there is extra free parking on the slipway facing the development.
We ask that you respect your neighbours right to park outside his/her unit. Please do not park on grassed areas, in winter this can cause significant damage to the terrain and you are responsible for this damage.
