Covid-19 Restrictions

We have new cleaning regimes, numbers are limited to allow social distancing. At present we can not guarantee when all equipment will be open in particular, climbing, soft play the foam pit. Numbers will be limited for ninja warrior and Total wipeout.

Becoming a member

Memberships can only be purchased online via our booking engine.

Once you have purchased a membership, every time you book an activity slot, your membership benefit will automatically be applied to the booking.

Payment methods

All memberships are to be paid in full at the time of purchase. We have monthly or yearly options.

Membership misuse

Memberships are non-transferable, on activating your membership you are required to upload photo ID and before playing you are required to check-in. If you allow another person to use your membership it will be cancelled without refund.

Membership types

Monthly or yearly?

Yearly memberships are cheaper than monthly memberships and are valid for 365 days from the day of purchase and are paid in full on purchase.

Monthly memberships have no contract and are valid for 28 days from purchase.

Family memberships

We do not offer family memberships, however, you can buy more than one membership stored against one account.

Each time you book, our system will ask you which membership you wish to use for that booking.

What's included with a Jump Jersey membership?

Jump Jersey membership holders can only book one of the following slots per day:

Open bounce 
Soft Play
Climbing 
Tots bounce
Quiet sessions 
Disco bounce 
Fitness sessions

The following extras are not included with a Jump Jersey Membership:

Trampoline socks 
Children's parties 
Food and beverage 
Jump Jersey merchandise 

Uploading your photo ID

After purchasing your membership, you will be prompted to upload a photo for every person you have purchased a membership for.

After doing so your membership will automatically activate. This process is really easy and can be done from your phone, this means you are not required to carry a membership card. Photos are securely stored in accordance with data protection best practice. 

Booking slots with your membership

All activity booking slots are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee the slot you may want to book is always available, especially at busy times.

Activity slots can only be booked online via our booking engine. If you're logged in, your membership benefits will automatically be applied to your activity booking. 

Booking for non members

A member can book for a non-member(s) at the same time, our online system will only discount the member's slot.

Membership misuse

Expiring memberships

When your membership expires, it automatically stops and its benefits cease to apply to your account.

You will be notified by email 7 and then 3 days before it expires with a link to renew if you wish.

Equipment restrictions

Height, age and weight restrictions apply to certain equipment in Jump Jersey. Please read our terms and conditions before purchasing a membership to ensure you are fully aware of what restrictions may be applied to the person(s) you are taking the membership out for.

No show charges

Members can book slots up to 7 days in advance, however, if you book a slot using your membership and fail to check-in for that slot you will be charged in full for that slot.

Please only book when you intend to use it.

Refunds

Once purchased, memberships cannot be changed or refunded. This policy is strict and applies to both monthly and annual memberships.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for any slots purchased before you took out the membership.

Data protection

In order to be a Jump Jersey member, we are required to keep your photographic image on file for the term of your membership, once your membership has finished you can request in writing that we delete your image.
