Children's Parties

Can I book a party in your new Jump Jersey? 
Bookings will be taken from the 15th May 2019.

Does a Jump Jersey party require adult supervision?
Yes, we have a strict adult to child ratio, see our terms and conditions.

What restrictions apply to Jump Jersey parties?
Height restrictions apply, please see our terms and conditions. 

How do I book a children's party?
Please call Katharine on 497038 office hours 9-2pm Monday to Friday, term time. 

How much deposit will I need to pay?
Full payment will be required on booking, we can not make provisional bookings. 

What if I need to cancel?
Unfortunately, we can not refund any monies paid.   

Where will the party food be served?
We have a dedicated party room, unfortunately, we can't  confirm specific rooms in advance

Do you provide party bags?
Unfortunately, we can't provide party bags.

Do you provide birthday cakes? 
No, but you can bring your own.

Can I decorate the party food table? 
Yes, you can decorate your table with balloons etc. 

What if I want to add extra children?
You add and pay for extra children up to 24 hours before your party providing we have availability. 

When do I need to give you the party food choices?
We require your menu choices a minimum of 7 days before your party.

Can I bring my own food?
Unfortunately, you can't bring your own food. 

 

Adult to Child Ratios

This applies to parties in Jump Jersey

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult this adult is deemed to be the child’s parent, guardian or carer and must be a person aged 18 years or over. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times within the below adult to child ratios;

Ages 5 years to under 12 years old, inclusive one adult to no more than 5 children. Newborn to 5 years inclusive, one adult to one child.

How much deposit will I need to pay?
We require a deposit on booking, we can not make provisional bookings. 

What if I need to cancel?
Unfortunately we can not refund any monies paid. 

When do I need to pay 
We require final numbers for your party 72 hours before as well as full payment, any remaining balance 
needs to be settled directly with the restaurant on the day.   

What if my numbers rise?
You can add extra numbers for both and catering up to 72 hours before your event, subject to availability.

Parties less than 20 must be book directly through the Restaurant.

How do I book a Brasserie function?

What is the minimum number for a golf party?
12 is the minimum, parties under 12 can book golf and Brasserie tables online at our website.  

How much deposit will I need to pay?
