Getting Around
The Les Ormes main Resort is located about a 10-minute walk from a bus stop with regular services to St Helier, St Aubin and the Airport every 15-20 minutes.
Most of Jersey's attractions and beaches are accessible by bus. However, you may have to transfer in St Helier.

St Helier - 30 minutes
St Brelade's Bay - 10 minutes (+5 minute walk)
Nearest supermarkets - 10 minutes
Jersey Zoo - 1 hour (with transfer)

Local speed limits
The maximum speed limit in Jersey is 40mph. In residential areas, this drops to 20mph or 30mph and on green lanes the speed limit is 15mph.
Hiring a car
Multiple hire car firms operate in Jersey. The best rates can usually be found online, however, if you wish to hire once you're here, Europcar, Hertz and Avis have desks at the airport and port.
Parking your car
There is plenty of parking for guests at both Les Ormes Resort and Les Ormes De La Mer.

Jersey is a fantastic place to explore by bicycle. Les Ormes Resort is just a 2-minute cycle from a network of cycle paths that can be used to visit most of the island.

The nearest supermarkets to Les Ormes are Waitrose, Iceland and the Co-op. From Les Ormes, head down Rue Caree to the main road. Turn right and drive about 1 mile, there is a parade of shops on your left where Iceland is situated. Further along the road on the left, next to HSBC Bank, is the Co-op. At the end of the road, Waitrose will be in front of you on your right. Parking is available with each store and all are open 7 days a week.
