Soft Play Area

We have new cleaning regimes, numbers are limited to allow social distancing. 

Masks will be mandatory from the 4th January for all non participating customers.

The Soft Play Area can only be booked online via our booking engine.

All Soft Play Area slots are available to book online 2 days in advance. Availability is as shown on the booking engine.

The Soft Play Adventure Area has a maximum height restriction of 1.4m.

The Toddler Area has a maximum height restriction of 1m.

No minimum age restrictions apply.

Children under 12 must be accompanied into Jump Jersey by an adult in the following ratios:

For children aged 5 to 11 years old
1 adult to no more than 5 children

For children aged under 5
1 adult to each child

Children must be accompanied in the soft play area at all times.

Adults are classed as anyone ages 18 years or older

Bookings are firm and slots can't be changed after booking.

Hot weather disruption

The maximum operating temperature for Jump Jersey is 25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature, as recorded by Jersey Met, is forecasted to exceed 25 degrees 48 hours in advance of your booking, we are required to close Jump Jersey in the interests of health and safety.

In these circumstances we will contact you and endeavour to move your group/party to a different date, however, this does not affect your right to a full refund.
