What We Offer
- £16 per hour (depending on experience)
- Subsidised accommodation available
- 30 – 48 hours per week, averaged over the month
- Weekend work included, with at least one day off per week—usually two

About The Role
As a Seasonal Chef, you’ll play a key part in preparing and delivering our food offering for guests and leisure users. You’ll work within a small, collaborative team and may take the lead on shifts depending on your experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering high‑quality food for regular service and small functions
- Working closely with a small, supportive kitchen team
- Leading shifts when required
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, safety and organisation
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers
- Managing your time effectively and consistently
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and a great attitude to the kitchen.
You’ll have:
- At least one year of experience in a catering environment
- A friendly, approachable manner
- A commitment to doing things properly — no shortcuts on quality or safety
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
- A calm, respectful approach to teamwork
