Do you offer memberships?
Yes, we offer a Gym Only Membership for £37 per month & £350 a year or a Gym & Wellness Membership for £65 per month or £600 for an upfront annual payment.

What are the gym opening hours?
Our gym hours are from:
7am to 9pm.
Where is the gym and how do I get in?
Head into our sports building and go upstairs to see the gym entrance on your right.
Their will be a member of staff at the desk who will give you access.
If it is your first time using the gym, you will need to complete our health & safety forms.
Where do I put my stuff?
We have lockers available before you enter into the gym. These are free to use.
